Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, hangers, and suit bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Store

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring your items directly to any D&K Suit City retail outlet.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our tailors inspect the returned items for quality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
